The Regional Arts Partnership Program (RAPP) is a funding initiative managed by Country Arts WA. The RAPP aims to bringing together regional artists and arts organisations to create collaborative partnerships
The collaborative partnership groups will be teamed up with key service organisations to co-create a shared program or project, within a priority area that meet the RAPP criteria:
The duration of the partnerships will range from one to three years where they will meet to share information and outcomes to deepen the knowledge base and form a RAPP Network. This initiative offers an opportunity for each partnership group to determine their program’s funding requirements.
Partnerships are formed between groups of service organisations, regional artists and regional organisations.
Service organisations have an established relationship with regional WA and are delivering high quality and relevant skills and/or professional development services. They provide leadership and peak representation for an arts sector. Each major arts service organisation has highlighted priority areas where their expertise and experience will be of most value to a partnership group.
Regional organisations and artists are now invited to submit an Expression of Interest outlining the priority areas they wish to address as part of RAPP and the preferred service organisation/s they wish to form a collaborative partnership with.
The deadline for Expressions of Interest is 5pm Monday 19 October 2016.
Partnerships will be formed by mid-November 2016
Initial funding distributed in December 2016
Program delivery commencing January 2017
