Cover to Cover host Meri Fatin

Enjoying the mental acrobatics of talking with bright, creative and articulate people is one of Meri Fatin’s favourite past times. Her breadth of experience ranges from chairing sessions at the Perth Writers Festival, producing stories for the Perth International Arts Festival’s 2106 project “A Mile in My Shoes” and her own podcast, Rare Air.

This is Meri’s second year presenting WritingWA’s Cover to Cover and she finds fresh interest and learning in every discussion. She has been broadcasting at community station RTRFM since 2000 and worked for several years in news and current affairs production at 720 ABC Perth.

Meri has five children, so she has read aloud almost every night since 1993 and is proud to say she can read Dr Seuss’s “Fox in Socks” quickly and accurately.
